Rings, earrings and picks made with scraps of wood used for making musical instruments. In this case, ebony and rosewood.

I never throw away any leftover wood of this kind, and after spending quite some time thinking about how I could recycle this material, I decided I could make this sort of jewelry.

The finish is oil, a homemade oil mixture with a pleasant smell and a silky touch, which is also non-toxic to prevent allergies and intoxication.

Update: I’ve written a new article showing how to cut these earrings on a CO2 laser.

If you are interested in making these earrings on your laser or CNC, you can download the files for free from my website. I’ll leave a link in the button below.
