I just posted a
new video on Youtube to show you my last project. An innovative incremental jig that will allow me to cut circles safely and precisely on a band saw or router table.

I've edited this video to show you how my new incremental circle jig works. By turning a threaded rod I can adjust the desired cutting radius. Each complete turn of the rod moves it 1 mm.
I marked the coupling nut with some numbers to use as a reference, but I can also adjust the cutting radius with the T-slot stop. This innovative circle jig will allow me to cut circles safely and precisely on a band saw or router table.

I just posted a
new video on Youtube to show you how to build my new DIY circle cutting jig that doesn't require you to drill the workpiece. I made an acrylic base to stick to the bottom of the workpiece to use as rotation axis. This way I was able to cut a round cutting board.

Besides cutting circles on a band saw, my new incremental jig will allow me to do circular milling jobs with different router bits. I've edited this short video to showcase some examples!

Quick and simple method to cut circles without the need for a center hole. I made a base with acrylic and stuck it to the bottom of the piece with double-sided tape.
