what a great workbench made by the Instagram user Ozwolfe! He wrote me:
I finished my oak workbench. Thanks for the plans. They were super helpful. I made mine a little taller and used drawer slides. Also I made my top thinner because I want the ability to change it out when it gets tired. I plan on putting dog holes on the top but am still looking for short hold fasts.

I have the same bench but the larger one. How did you mount the vise? I have the same vise but can figure out how to mount it. To the bottom of the top or the the top of the cabinet???

hi mate, I 'll try to send your question to Ozwolfe, but I think he has mounted it to the bottom of the top, like I did here.JakeStatePharm wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2023 7:40 pmI have the same bench but the larger one. There appears to be an interference with the drawer pulls when clamping a board in the vertical position to the face of the bench using the hold-fast clamps. How can this be avoided?
