Managed to finish it and really pleased with the design. Incorporated the MicroJig system for some clamping options and some aluminium slider bars underneath but thought I'd let you have a look at a few photos.

The small holes in the surface of the sled is to alter the plastic collars to open up and so allow the sliders to fit better into the tracks.
