Hello Suso, here is my Sharpening Jig. I made it just you mentioned in your fantastic plan(s). I changed it a little. Instead of aluminum I used a piece of wood, oak in my case.

I treaded the holes for the screws in the oak and it works great. I'm gonna make the Grinding Wheel also, but also here I have an other solution, later on I will send you the pictures.
