I think that fence is bought in a store, I think it's this one:

Anyway, if you have a welder it will be easy to make something similar! Google "DIY t-Square fence"

I think it might be that fence indeed....

I don't have a welder myself, however I do have a family member who welds for a living.... I think I'll ask him if he can make me such a guiderail....
Or perhaps I can think of something similar only with wood....
