Portable workshop project....

Post by koracoeur » Fri Jul 07, 2017 9:03 pm

Hello Suso,
I would like to very thank you cause of this workshop!!!
I love it so much!!!
i'm glad to work with it.
And to build it I had to glue all the tops cause I didn't have the thikness .
I bought only a part of the hardware store!
So a friend of mine gave me Plywood in 15mm, I glue it with 8mm. Yes i know it's big but its only solution cause in 15mm it should be to small for screws and stud.
I bought a hold router on ebay and i adapt it to your Way.
I cant close this workshop with jigsaw if ths circular is down. But I think is the same for every body!!?????
I found all lot of idea to adapt the plan to my material you know screws, bolt, wood...
I made a lot of mistake finition like I wanted to have the most deeper for cut on my circular saw. So the circular milling is to deeper and i don't have any wood to screw plexi to protect the blade.
My table saw before the new one dosn't cut very well. Not it cuts very bad... But it's ok.
Thank's again.
see you for the router 3D Next!!!!!!

hi Jérôme,
I love it! you've done a good job. You solved your problem with the thickness of the plywood board by gluing two boards!, you had to modify many measures?

You're right, in order to close the lids you must have the circular in its highest position, but this is not a problem...
