I wanted to share my recent project, a table saw sled fashioned after a design from Paoson Woodworking. I made some small alterations to his design, most of these to simplify construction.
The ZCI is not adjustable and is fixed. I didn't feel there was a need for that additional complexity.
I added the "caution striping" to the ZCI to increase safety awareness.
I did not feel a need to secure the front ZCI insert in the fence since it was a snug fit.
I cut the t-track at a 45-degree angle to make it easier to add or remove work-holding clamps.
I added some eye hooks on the back side of the sled so I can hang up the sled when not in use.
