I have almost completed the sharpening jig. I am one M10 coach bolt short (I’m using an M8 at the moment). It still works very well. Thanks for the design work that you put into the instructions. They were easy to follow.

UPDATE:
Completed all but still waiting for an M10 coach bolt. I used walnut and wing nut for the router bit holder. The disc is too coarse for the router bits but it did a great job on the saw blade. I've included the before and after of the saw cut.

Thanks again

Hi Suso!

Thanks for your answer. I completed the build today except for the hose clamp. But I used it with the Bosch diamond disc and was very pleasanltly surprised. The sawblade became much sharper.
I found out that I should move the sawblade clockwise, then the knob gets tighter instead of looser, and I then manually loosen it a little after every 5 tooth sharpened. I use a rotating brush for the cleaning.
I think it is a brilliant design. Next step is the router bit sharpener.

Thanks for sharing your design.
