Drill Press Stand

Olha, Thanks for you wonderful site, and inspiration.

I've been searching for a good drill press, and what I usually found, here in Israel, are mini drill presses.

They sell the Metabo

Or the PROXXON MB 140/S

Both don't have a good spring load feature, and only one way depth lock, Prices are around 200 Euro.

I've searched the Stayer SG43, but it seams the company only sell model B. What do you say about it?
It seems not as good as the older version.

Do you have any other recommendation, I will do some hole grinding in wood and metal.

hi Oren
you´re right, they are different tools, the proxon is to attach a dremel miniature tool.
It would be best to have both tools, but if you're only going to buy one I recommend you buy the big one where you can use a drill.
can you send me more options?

Just wondering, why would you choose to use this instead of a drill press?

Buenas tardes,

Muchas gracias.

I am having a real hard time finding any stands with the height adjustment that this model has.

Is there anyone who knows a decent drill stand? Can't find the Stayer SG43 only a B version.
Would be helpfull if anyone would have a suggestion what to get otherwise
