Make Circular saw housing

Hello Suso,
I'm sorry for English but I'm using the translator.

When I make the circular saw housing, I don't have a 3D router but a normal hand router, it is difficult to remove material in the center of the break-in, as the base of support of the router will be insufficient.
So either I build an additional support base for the router machine, or do you think I could put a scrap of wood the thickness necessary for the hole to cover the part of the hole already created and create support for the router? Do you think router accurate?

Sorry for the question I hope you understand the concept.
Thank you very much!
Giacomo form Italy

hello Giacomo,
You can make a template for the external milling(measure of the circular saw base), and two more equidistance millings towards the interior.

then you'll have two options:
You can make a piece of wood of about 15x50cm to screw to the base of the plunge router, so you will always have support for the router. Screw the router into the middle of that pieze.

Make parallel millings with a guide leaving about 5mm between it, when finished, re-mill as much as you can looking for support, and what not with a chisel.
