Do your plans come with some instructions?

Hi,
I don't mean "how to make a straight cut with a circular saw". But what about some of the more advanced stuff?
For example - the curved cutouts for tilting the router, like here:
Probably done with a router and a circle-jig.
If so: do your plans show the centre-point for the circle-jig?
