I've edited this clip to show you how to use the homemade tilting router lift. The system allows me to lift and lower the router thanks to a threaded rod. I can also tilt the router to get the most out of my bits.

The Portable Workshop's router table allows the router to be tilted to get the most out of the bits and do all kinds of router projects. I can also change the panel in a matter of seconds to use other kinds of routers!

The lift system for the Portable Workshop's router table also allows me to mount a drill. This makes it possible to use certain drill accessories such as sanding drums, which are useful when sanding curved workpieces!

A few weeks ago I made some inserts for the Portable Workshop's router table. I used 5mm thick white acrylic, a perfect material for these kinds of pieces!

It looks like you updated piece 47 for the jig saw guide, but the video didn't show the update. Specifically there is now a recessed area at the bottom of the piece.

1) What is the purpose of this cut-out - for clearance of the locking nuts on piece 48?
2) What are the height and depth specs - they seem to be missing from the plans?

Thanks
Tony
