Hi,
First of all I want to tell you I am your fan! I love all your work!! Since I am a newbee in all this I was afraid I could not build these projects. I have been practicing and I think I can give it a try! I also started looking for most of the pieces to see if I could find them in Mexico before buying and I think most of them I can find here or adapt some things.
I was about to purchase the router and table saw plans but I now saw the portable workshop plans!!! I don't know which one to buy now!!! I love that the portable one has the jig saw, which the other one doesn't have, but I think it can be adapted to it? But I would like to know your opinion, if I only want to make one, which one has the most features? Which one would you prefer to have! Love them both but I have to do some adjustments since my router is a different one (craftsman Model # 27683). I know it's a difficult question to ask but I would like your opinion.
Thanks a lot!

Doubt about Portable vs Router & Table Saw
Hi Brenda,
if I have to choose... I think my choice would be the portable for home and the table saw for the workshop where I have much more space. Let me try to explain the advantages of both:
Portable Workshop:
-Compact. If you don't have much space at home
-Portable. You can move it wherever you want in your car
-Scroll saw, you don't have it in the Table saw
Table saw:
-More capacity and stability to cut long boards
-Best dust collection system
-Bigger table sled
-Horizontal router accessory
About the jig saw, I think you could easily adapt it to the table saw in the opposite side of the router.
Thanks for posting!

Doubt about Portable vs Router & Table Saw
Thanks for your response. I have a space that is about 5X3mts of space. What are the final dimension of both tables just to have an idea of how they would fit in my space.
Thanks you very much! I am looking forward to start making it!!!
