Today I have built the fence and have cut the steel pipe. Here still some photos in addition.

This is a piece of 20 mm plywood. A screw with a Threaded Inserts fixes the steel tube for accurate cutting.

Now the Base , the Frames and the Cabinet are ready and oiled in same Colour as my Workbench:
