Lathe & Disc Sander presentation

DIY lathe made completely with birch plywood. As you can see, I've also attached a disc sander on the left side to take advantage of the motor's rotation!

Se trata de un torno casero fabricado totalmente en contrachapado de abedul. Como podéis ver, aprovechando el giro del motor también he acoplado un disco de lijado en el lado izquierdo!

hi James,
at any motor supplier! I used a 1HP single-phase motor. Where you from?

hi Frederic,
that motor has too many revolutions, I install a single-stage 1HP motor with 1500 Rpm.

you will need something like this:
moteur-electrique-en-ligne.fr

moteurselectriques.fr

in Germany

Your tools are incredible! I want to build them all. What made you decide to build instead of buy these tools?

hi Doug
are several reasons...
- to save money.
- for fun.
- because I like to add functions that do not exist in the market.
- If I have breakdowns, they will be easy to solve for me!
- I can adapt the tools to my needs...

thanks!

Good day,

Could you tell me when to expect the plans for the Lathe&Sanding disc online?
