guidelines on clamp pressure?
Hi
I have been watching quite a few of your videos. I love the precision and creativity! I'm going to get started with the modular workbenches, and will attempt to get a solution for fitting a few things with those. I have all my old tools, of course - but got a new Table saw and a few other things.
I am wondering about the very high pressure you seem to put on the clamps, you even have some (really nice) Piher heavy duty clamps, and appear to put a lot of load on those.
Can you give some general guidelines on clamp pressure?
In general I intend to use brad-nails when gluing up, occasionally with a dowel for added strength.

hi Lausts,.
it is not necessary to apply so much pressure! using brad-nails so that the pieces don't move and common clamps will be enough.
