I have not built this part yet. How is this lock different from the plans?
Thanks Nello

Suso, If I use the New Z lock, should I not have the slot , stop block and stop bolt on the front of Z?

I see now. The slot and stop block on the front of Z control depth of cut, and the New Lock "Locks" it in that position, preventing it from returning to the top position. Right?

Yep, it can be useful to block the z axis when you need both hands for milling.
