Horizontal router ready to work...

Hi, I've recently found Your inventions :), and I'm impressed. I have a question about bar and u shape track... measures of track and bar don't match. Did You make some treaded holes and put bolts in it to make the bar wider. The bar has 8mm and inside u-shaped track has 13 mm. Correct me if I'm wrong, or maybe I didn't read Your forum with attention :)

yes, I made 4mm threaded holes.

About the size of the bar and the u shape track, It will depend on the track you can find. I'll check the plans but the inner measure of one and the outer of the other should be the same. You may need a little bit of oil to make it smooth.
