A price range for this table...

Hi,
First of all I want to say how much I love this table!!!
I want to build it but I would like to know an aprox. price range on how much I am going to spend building it. I know it is difficult to calculate depending on the country but I want a rough idea?
Has anyone built it in Mexico and knows where to buy most of the parts?

Just one more question. When I buy the plans, these include all the plans for the accesories you show on the videos, right?
