Making the recess for the router insert plate. I've used the insert itself to fine-tune the adjustable router template guide and I finished the process with the router and a flush trim bit.

Again a great design from you of course.
But...this handle...
If you provide me the size of the Allen bit and the lever you prefer I can provide you a decent one
I 3d print and design a bit, and it will a honor to rise this handle to the Paoson level!!

Making the insert rings for the router table. I've used a jig with an axis and the sanding disc to get a perfect circle:

Short video to show you how I made the router table fence's tightening knobs. I've made them with pieces of a hard plyboard to take advantage of the full length of the screws. The knobs will be placed higher than the fence, which I think will make them more comfortable to use.

I've edited this short video to show off some of the functions of my new router table. I am quite happy with the final result!
