3D Router Table Plans
Detailed plans for a homemade 3D Router table, perfect for DIY and woodworking projects.
It has several functions, such as column drill, sanding station, 2D or 3D router and mortiser.
It can also cut and mill circles, rectangles and copy a 2D or 3D reference model.
Avoid wasting time when preparing a CNC for non-repetitive jobs.

All the plans available on this website are in metric, but you can easily convert them into imperial. In this article you'll find instructions and every conversion method available.
There are no refunds on downloaded digital plans. Before buying, you can download some of the free plans available on this website. Downloading one of these is an excellent way to get a better idea of what they’re like.

- MaxCut file with accurate cutting diagrams and cutting list. MaxCut is a free and easy-to-use program. There is no Mac version, but there are other similar programs.
- A 3D SketchUp model featuring various scenes that will allow you to view and understand the 3D Router plans better, make modifications in the design or check measurements. SketchUp is an indispensible CAD tool for makers, and it's free.
- 3D Autocad model.
- DXF files for CAM programs.
- The 3D Router plans PDF are a 50 megabyte Zip file (any computer, Mac or PC, should be able to open Zip files)
- Take your time to understand the plans and how the diy 3D Router works.
- These plans are for my original DIY 3D Router, for routers with 43mm Clamping Collar, to install other models you may have to make some modifications to the plans.
Boards needed for this project (2500 x 1250mm):
18mm hard plywood = 1 + 1/15
9mm hard plywood = 1/20
Overall measurements: 800mm high, 740mm width and 700mm depth.
Usable measurements: 425mm in X Axis, 535mm in Y axis and 185mm in Z axis.
