Find out how to achieve more separation between your guitar strings. The demand for these kinds of jobs has increased, but not so much for classical guitars such as this one, oddly enough, but for electric or acoustic guitars.

Normally, all guitars have a small margin for separating their strings, so I’ll show you how to get the most use out of it. Achieving more separation will be useful particularly for people with large fingers, like me.

Besides, the two nuts will be easy to replace, allowing to adjust this distance in a matter of seconds.

It’s important to keep in mind that you cannot divide the total distance of the nut between the number of gaps between the strings, what must be equal is the distance between the strings, and since some string are thicker than others, we should account for that when making calculations.

There are special rules for this, which I’ll demonstrate in the video.
